Our products We sell premium handcrafted ethnic wear — sarees, lehengas, and handloom textiles. Products are made in limited quantities and availability is not guaranteed. Some collections are made-to-order.

A note on colour and images Our product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but actual colours, fabric sheen, and embroidery may look slightly different in person due to screen settings and photographic lighting. Some images are digitally enhanced for creative representation. This is not grounds for a return. If in doubt, write to us before ordering.

Pricing All prices are in INR and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices, cancel orders with pricing errors, and withdraw promotional offers at any time.

Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy — it's confirmed only when we send you an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment fraud, fake COD orders, incorrect information, or pricing errors.

Payments We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and COD. A convenience fee applies to COD orders (shown at checkout) and is non-refundable. If your payment is deducted but no order is confirmed, allow 5–7 business days for auto-reversal by your bank. If it doesn't come through, email us with your transaction details.

Repeated COD refusals will result in COD access being removed for your account.

Your data We collect only what's needed to process and deliver your order. Your data is handled in line with the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property All content on this website — photos, copy, brand identity, and AI-assisted imagery — belongs to Rriwaayat. Don't copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

Governing law These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
