Shipping policy

Processing time: 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery: 5–7 working days within India. This is an estimate — delays due to courier operations, public holidays, or remote pin codes can happen and are outside our control.

Shipping charges: Free on all prepaid orders. A small COD convenience fee applies (shown at checkout) — this is non-refundable.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received one within 5 business days of your order confirmation, contact us.

Wrong address or missed delivery: Please double-check your address before placing your order — we're not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. If a shipment comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost. If we don't hear back within 7 days, the order will be restocked with no refund.

COD deliveries: Please be available to accept and pay at the time of delivery. Refusing a COD delivery without a valid reason may restrict your future COD access.

Made-to-order / pre-orders: Timelines are communicated at checkout — these vary based on the piece.
