RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We put a lot of care into every piece before it leaves us. Since our sarees and lehengas are handcrafted and handloom, no two pieces are identical — and that's what makes them special.
We accept return or exchange requests only if:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
- There's a manufacturing defect
How to raise a request: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rriwaayat18@gmail.com or +91 99673 91807 with an unboxing video (recorded from the moment you open the package) and clear photos of the issue. No unboxing video = no claim. No exceptions.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact
- Slight colour variation between screen and product is normal — monitors differ, and this is not a defect
- Minor variation in embroidery, weave, or finishing is natural to handcrafted pieces, not a defect
- No returns for change of mind, size preference, or event cancellations
- Sale and discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (we'll ask for your account details).
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production begins.
